Terms and Conditions

Zoef.app B.V. (Chamber of Commerce: 89795628) is an early-stage startup and does not currently have extensive terms and conditions. However, we do have some important and clear rules:

  1. Zoef.app B.V. cannot be held responsible for the processing of claims with transport companies and/or travel organizations. Zoef.app B.V. submits claims on behalf of its customers but has no influence on the final outcome.
  2. Zoef.app B.V. cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that users may incur while using the app or other services provided by Zoef.app B.V.
  3. Zoef.app B.V. reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. Whenever possible, users will be promptly informed of such changes via email.
  4. By using Zoef.app services, you automatically agree to our privacy statement.
  5. Zoef.app B.V. is the intellectual owner of, among others, the logo and trade names (Zoef.app, Zuf.app, and Traindelay.app). These items may not be used, copied, or modified without permission.
  6. Zoef.app B.V. is indemnified by its users from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from misuse or violation of the terms and conditions.
  7. Zoef.app B.V. reserves the right to refuse access to the app and its services in case of misuse, violation of the terms and conditions, or other reasonable grounds.
  8. Dutch law applies exclusively to Zoef.app B.V.
  9. Communication between users and Zoef.app B.V. will primarily take place via email. Additionally, there will be a possibility in the future to use push notifications partially for communication.
  10. The use of Zoef.app B.V. implies consent to share certain (personal) data with third parties. Please refer to the privacy statement for more information on this matter.
  11. The purpose of the app and services provided by Zoef.app B.V. is to facilitate train travelers in obtaining compensation for delays or cancellations of their journeys. Any use beyond this purpose is not allowed unless explicitly offered by Zoef.app B.V.
  12. Zoef.app B.V. customers authorize Zoef.app to file claims on their behalf to railway companies and/or ticket organisations.
  13. Zoef.app B.V. offers its claims services with a commitment to put forth the best effort, yet cannot assure specific outcomes. The company holds no liability for cases where claims are declined, even if such denial appears unfair. In instances where Zoef.app B.V. is responsible for an error, discretionary compensation may or may not be considered as an amendment.
